Terms of Service

You describe your business, and we generate ready-to-post Instagram content (image carousels and single posts), with copy, layout, and a matching AI-generated photo. The first 3 pieces of content are free, with a visible watermark, and can be viewed after creating an account. Removing the watermark and generating more content requires a one-time purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account.

When describing your business or using the service, you agree not to:

• Submit content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
• Impersonate another business or person, or submit a description for a business you don't own or represent.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, the content review that runs before generation, or otherwise abuse the free tier (for example, through automated or bulk submissions).
• Attempt to extract, manipulate, or override the underlying AI system's instructions.
• Use the service to build a competing product, or resell access to it without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You own the business description you submit and the content we generate for you. By submitting a description, you grant us the license needed to process it (including sending it to our AI providers, Anthropic for text and OpenAI for photos) and to generate, store, and let you download the resulting content.

Photos used in your generated posts are created by OpenAI's image model specifically for that post, and remain subject to OpenAI's own usage policies; we don't guarantee a specific license beyond what OpenAI offers for API-generated images.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, generic, or not fully aligned with your brand voice. Review everything before you publish it: we don't guarantee accuracy, and we're not responsible for how you use the content or for any business outcome (or lack of one) from posting it.

Paid tiers are one-time purchases, processed by Stripe, that unlock a fixed amount of watermark-free content for one business description. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases. Because content is generated and delivered immediately, purchases are generally final; if something went wrong on our end (a failed generation, a duplicate charge), contact support@mafinho.com and we'll review it.

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
